is my email address? |

A. Your MemberID, business name,
or other chosen name:_____ @vp-mail.com. Refer to the original membership
application you printed for more information. |

Q. Why isn't my email
login/password working? |
|
A. All login information must be
in lowercase. The USER NAME is your email address characters prior to @vp-mail.com.
Also, passwords must be at least 6 characters. Type vp before your password
if it is less than 6. If you forgot your password, refer to your welcome
letter or email us at:
vpmail@vpmom.com. |
